Staying at this hotel was a great value for Santa Fe. The rooms were very comfy, homey, and earthy, complete with a functioning AC unit and wheelchair facilities. However, the service was short-handed and very slow, even though they comped us a HUGE suite. The location is great with amazing views, easily accessible off the Interstate, and no parking issues.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff, especially Kalina at the front desk and Linda in housekeeping, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was lovely and restful, although the view from some rooms was not the best. The dining experience could improve, but the facilities were great overall.
