Staying at this hotel was a great value for Santa Fe. The rooms were very comfy, homey, and earthy, complete with a functioning AC unit and wheelchair facilities. However, the service was short-handed and very slow, even though they comped us a HUGE suite. The location is great with amazing views, easily accessible off the Interstate, and no parking issues.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff, especially Kalina at the front desk and Linda in housekeeping, were incredibly friendly and helpful.
